The customer's use of the services of the ONLINE STORE www.sibelastudio.com , presupposes, in all cases, acceptance of the Specific Conditions of the national online Purchase Contract, in the version published by THE COMPANY at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable that the customer read these Specific Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase, as well as the general terms and conditions of use of the portal.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

These specific online purchasing conditions apply to the purchase of any product on the dlujo.store website by consumers with a delivery address in Spain.

The prices for each jewelry item and accessory are listed on the website at the time of the order. Prices are detailed for each item and include VAT.

The cost of shipping and any other services is also specified and will be itemized for the customer when placing the order.

The online purchasing service through the Portal regulated in these Specific Conditions only allows the purchase of products and services to users over 18 years of age and with a delivery address in Spain.

CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

The prices for each piece of jewelry are listed on the website at the time of the order and include taxes and fees. Customers can choose their payment method at checkout from the following options:

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise expressly stated during the online purchasing process, the procedure for delivering the Sibela product purchased through the Service to the customer will be carried out in accordance with the following steps:

THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product paid for by the customer within the timeframe established in the purchasing process.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during the online purchasing process, the shipping costs of the product purchased through the Service will be fully borne by THE CUSTOMER.
